I would like to create a small, rural community development in the vicinity of Bath.  My preference would be that the community is off-grid, but I am flexible enough on this to go either way.

I would like to place a strong emphasis on using natural materials wherever possible, and prioritise keeping as much open, wild space as posible.  The less impact on the land the better!

I do not yet have the finance in place to be able to go ahead, but I envisage that within a year and a half I will be in a position to buy some land.  Maybe this could happen sooner if people pooled together?

This is all a bit of a dream right now, but I was told about this website and I thought I'd put the dream out there and see what happens!
